Wet Strength Resins

Powder Performance Products
JSS Teams is one of the few additive suppliers to offer powder products to offer a choice between liquid and powder in performance additives, as well as an alternative to modified starches. Lotemp products are designed to provide high compression strength and superior results in pin adhesive tests as well as superior water resistance to modified starches at low machine operating temperatures. Corrugators will benefit from faster run speeds, reduced waste, and better bonding to difficult papers.
Borax Replacement Products
These products are designed provide all the chemical benefits of traditional borax while completely eliminating the health and safety risks of employee exposure to airborne borax dust. These new products also eliminate the need to handle paper bags of borax powder improving on site OHS. As well as replacing the need to add borax at the plant level, Lotemp SBR1 for example will also allow you to replace starch in the recipe which will save loads of $ especially in an inflationary environment.

EzyMix is a convenient one bag starch adhesive mix which is new to the market in Asia. Just add water and you have an adhesive ready to go to make corrugated board.
